Congratulations to Firefighter Jordan Ashley on being selected as Firefighter of the Month for July 2020! Jordan joined us two years ago because of his "love to help people as much as he can". He is always a joy to be around and is constantly asking what he can do to help around the station. Even going out of his way to say hello with a smile to those around the station. Jordan has been able to obtain such certifications as Firefighter 1 and Medical First Responder. When we asked him what he wants to gain from being in the fire service, he responded, "that I served my community as much as I could and helped the ones in need". Jordan is a member of Station 1 and works at Yarborough's Auto Parts and Food Lion. Thank you Jordan for all of your hard work and dedication to Howe Springs Fire Rescue and the citizens we serve.
